Moving the Creswell Bell

The final stages of the Fleet Review pull out is over, after a bit of struggling, puffing and panting the heavy 200KG+ bronze bell on loan from HMAS Creswell was loaded safely onto the back of the truck.
The room is clear and ready for the next exhibition, the Summer Addition JB Art show called Endless Summer.

The bell, which originally hung in the Creswell clock tower, disappeared when the college was decommissioned between 1930 and 1958 and was considered lost until Mr David Hoskins emailed the college in 2012 solving the mystery of where the bell had been for 50 years.
